Full fee is required at the beginning of each session. Sessions are offered on an as-needed basis. The frequency is typically weekly to semi-monthly and monthly just prior to termination. Failure to be present for a scheduled appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours will incur a fee and must be paid before the next appointment is scheduled. Consistent and regular participation is crucial for the success of the treatment plan. Families De Novo regulations require that a case be reviewed for possible suspension of treatment when there is inconsistent attendance. Court appearance by subpoena only, requires a non-refundable $750 retainer in advance per day.
